   Length of the Walk...
   Longer than most circular walks, this route involves the negotiation of a number of steps and stiles,

   it is clearly indicated with the way-mark signs, and offers a cop out should you wish to shorten your walk
   Main Route: 7 miles (approx. 4 hours)
   Cop Out: 5¼ miles (approx. 3 hours)

   Starting Point
   The walk starts at the Bird in Hand Public House, although the villages of No Man's Heath and

   Newton Regis offer alternative starting points. Parking is available in the Public House car parks.
